Don't eat sugar or procesed food and go on the sun , air , water and you will be healty again like a young girl ❤i am now 49 years and look good after 4 month eating healty like ver, young girl 😂, becose in menopausa or some bad habitts we all can be fast owersized and sick .And don't use dugs, alkohol, etc.😅❤not good for older people 😂😂 jocking it is not good for enybody t o do alkohol or drugs, etc..
